Our chef has created a Banana Crème Cake, soft fluffy mini walnut cakes layered with caramelised banana crème drizzled with Butterscotch sauce and freshly sliced banana. The inspiration comes from a caramelised banana split and a traditional walnut cake. The butterscotch sauce provides the perfect sweetness and walnuts, the perfect crunch to the lusciously soft and creamy dessert.
